On October 27, 2015, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved a performance based bonus of $75,000 for Eric S. Fullerton, Chief Executive Officer, contingent upon the achievement of certain operating results, as defined, for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2015.
