Filed by: Harris Corporation Commission File No. 1-3863 Pursuant to Rule 425 under the Securities Act of 1933 and deemed filed pursuant to Rule 14a-12 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Subject Company: L3 Technologies, Inc. Commission File No. 1-37975 TO: All Employees Worldwide FROM: Bill Brown DATE: November 12, 2018 SUBJECT: Integration Management Office Announcement I want to update you on developments since we announced the planned merger of equals with L3 Technologies last month. Over the past four weeks, we have actively engaged with employees, customers and investors to provide additional detail and color on the merger. Feedback has been positive and reinforces our strong belief in the benefits of the merger for all our stakeholders. We have established a joint Integration Management Office (IMO) to manage functional and business integration project planning and execution – making sure we remain on track from now to closing and beyond. I, along with L3’s CEO Chris Kubasik, will oversee the IMO, which is staffed by experienced leaders from across both companies and all business functions. The integration will be led by Harris’ Jim Jordano, VP of Integration and Global Business Services, and L3’s Heidi Wood, SVP of Corporate Strategy and Technology. Last week they led an integration team kick-off meeting in Melbourne to begin establishing our charter, building the roadmap and defining our path forward. In addition, we engaged McKinsey & Company to support the merger integration. Their tools, processes and procedures helped the successful Exelis integration and we expect the same from them again.

I am confident that we have the right team in place and are on the right path for a successful close, integration and launch of the new L3 Harris Technologies and the beginning of an exciting future. I will update you regularly on our progress throughout the process. You also can visit the integration site accessed via Edge for the latest updates on the merger, or email questions to IntegrationComms@harris.com. As a reminder, prior to the close, it is business as usual. Our customers need to see that we remain focused on executing flawlessly and meeting their expectations. I hope you share my excitement about the opportunity ahead. Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication, which is a big part of making this all possible for us.
