On October 11, 2016, Chase Corporation (the “Company”) posted to the “Investor Relations” section of its Internet website (www.chasecorp.com) an acquisition update presentation, relating to its September 30, 2016 acquisition of Resin Designs, LLC. The Company intends to use this presentation in making presentations to analysts, potential investors, and other interested parties.
