On February 28, 2019, Owens Realty Mortgage, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing revised tax information regarding the
Company’s dividends on its common stock for calendar year 2018. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
