Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 25, 2019, Pebblebrook Hotel Trust (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has completed the sale of Hotel Palomar Washington, DC.
A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
Item 8.01. Other Events.
On February 22, 2019, subsidiaries of the Company completed the sale of Hotel Palomar Washington, DC to an unaffiliated third party, for a sales price of $141.5 million. Net proceeds from the sale of Hotel Palomar Washington, DC will be utilized for general business purposes, which may include reducing the Company’s outstanding debt.
