The results of the matters submitted to a vote of the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company held on April 23, 2019 are set forth below.

 

(1) O. Bruton Smith and Bernard C. Byrd, Jr. were re-elected to the Board of Directors by the Company’s stockholders. The other members of the Board of Directors are Marcus G. Smith, B. Scott Smith, William R. Brooks, Mark M. Gambill, James P. Holden and Tom E. Smith.
