Item 8.01 Other Events
In anticipation of the execution of the joint venture agreement between Alpha and Omega Semiconductor Limited (the “Company”) and the authority of Chongqing, China, for the construction of a new power semiconductor manufacturing facility, a ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled to be held on March 30, 2016 in Chongqing. The Company will provide additional details of the joint venture agreement following the execution of the agreement.
