Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On October 30, 2013, TFS Financial Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its operating results for the three months and fiscal year ended September 30, 2013. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report.

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
 
On October 24, 2013, Ralph Betters, the Chief Information Officer for the Association, announced that he will be retiring from employment in January, 2014. Anna Motta, who has been with the Association since 1989 and has served as the Manager of Retail Operations and information Systems, will be the new Chief Information Officer.
