On January 18, 2011, Brush Engineered Materials Inc. issued a press release announcing plans to change its name from "Brush Engineered Materials Inc." (NYSE:BW) to "Materion Corporation" (NYSE:MTRN) effective March 8, 2011. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
