Item 8.01 Other Events.

On June 15, 2007, Great Wolf Lodge of PKI, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. purchased a 15.88% equity interest in Mason Family Resorts, LLC, owner of the Mason, Ohio Great Wolf Lodge resort, for $6.9 million, from CBS Lodge Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of CBS Corporation. As of June 15, 2007, Great Wolf Lodge of PKI, LLC, owns 100% of the equity interest in Mason Family Resorts, LLC.
