ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On April 20, 2005, Align Technology, Inc. ("Align") is issuing a press
release and holding a conference call regarding its financial results for its
first quarter ended March 31, 2005. The full text of the press release is
