(1)	These securities are owned by Mr. Tsang Mun Ting. On October 26, 2015, Mr. Tsang entered into a Joinder Agreement to a Voting Agreement with Ms. Chan King Yuet and other Company stockholders, as reported on Amendment No. 2 to the Schedule 13D of Ms. Chan and such other stockholders, filed on October 27, 2015, granting Ms. Chan voting, but not dispositive power over, nor a pecuniary interest in, such shares. As reported in such Amendment No. 3, Mr. Tsang is a member of a "group" with certain other stockholders for purposes of Section 13(d) of the Exchange Act.
(2)	Mr. Tsang has shared voting and dispositive power over such shares, and may be deemed to beneficially own such shares. These shares are also subject to the Voting Agreement with Ms. Chan and Section 13(d) group described in footnote 1.
