(1) | These securities are restricted stock units. Each unit represents the reporting persons right to receive one share of common stock. These restricted stock units shall vest at the rate of 1/4 of the shares subject to such restricted stock units as of the first anniversary of the vesting commencement date and 1/4 of the shares subject to such restricted stock units as of each of the subsequent anniversaries of the vesting commencement date thereafter, assuming continued service with the company on each vesting date. For the purposes of the restricted stock unit grant the vesting commencement date is February 1, 2015. |
