On August 18, 2008 Steven Townsend informed the Company that he had decided not to stand for reelection to the board of directors at the annual shareholder meeting in 2008.
On August 19, 2008, James Rifenbergh informed the Company that he had decided not to stand for reelection to the board of directors at the annual shareholder meeting in 2008.
