Annual Meeting Notice |
Weyerhaeuser Company’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 17, 2019 at the Embassy Suites-Pioneer Square, located at 255 South King Street, Seattle, Washington 98104, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
