On May 24, 2016, TreeHouse Foods, Inc. (NYSE: THS) (“TreeHouse”), issued a press release announcing its intention to close its manufacturing plants in Azusa, California and Ripon, Wisconsin. Full facility closure and the end of production at the Azusa, California and Ripon, Wisconsin facilities is expected to occur in the second quarter of 2017 and the fourth quarter of 2016, respectively. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
