Nevro Corp. (the “Company”) announced that it had learned, on May 11, 2015, that a unit of Boston Scientific Corporation has filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office two petitions for inter partes review challenging the validity of the Company’s U.S. Patent No. 8,359,102. The full text of the press release issued on May 11, 2015 regarding this event is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
