On May 29, 2013, we issued a press release announcing that Cinemark USA, Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary, completed its acquisition of certain assets from Rave Cinemas, primarily consisting of 32 theatres representing 483 screens located in 12 states, for approximately $240 million in cash and the assumption of certain liabilities.
