On January 9, 2008, Epicor Software Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release entitled “Epicor Reports Preliminary Revenue For 2007 Fourth Quarter; Expects License Revenue To Increase year over year by 11% to 15% to all time quarterly record of $36 to $37 million” regarding its expected preliminary financial results for its fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2007. The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
