On September 30, 2003, Agile Software Corporation, a Delaware corporation (“Agile”), acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of TRADEC, Inc., a California corporation (“TRADEC”), pursuant to an Agreement and Plan of Reorganization dated September 18, 2003.
On October 1, 2003, Agile issued a press release announcing the acquisition of TRADEC. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference. This 8-K is being filed pursuant to Regulation FD.
