Unilever has announced the Euro 750,000,000 4.625% Notes due 2012 issued by
Unilever N.V. and guaranteed by Unilever PLC and Unilever United States, Inc.
and launched on 7th November 2007 under Unilever's debt issuance programme,
closed on 14th November 2007.  The Notes are not intended to be offered in the
United States.
