Access National Corporation (Nasdaq: ANCX) announced on November 1, 2007 that
its Board of Directors approved an increase to its Share Repurchase Program by
an additional 500,000 shares, bringing the total shares authorized under the
program to 1,500,000. A copy of the press release summarizing the announcement
is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
