The options had an original expiration date of 12/24/2017, but the employee terminated service, changing the expiration date to 12/30/2015. 500 of the options became exercisable on 12/24/2013 and the other 500 became exercisable on 12/24/2014. The options had an exercise price of $13.79. 370 shares were sold for $16.20 and 630 shares were sold for $16.21 per share. |
