On April 25, 2008, Guaranty Federal Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2008.

On April 25, 2008, the Company also announced in its press release that there are 241,164 shares of its common stock remaining to be repurchased to complete the repurchase plan announced by the Company on August 20, 2007.
