In our Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2006, we reported that the Ukrainian Media Council had adopted a decision in July 2006 to extend the 15-hour broadcasting license of television broadcasting company Studio 1+1 LLC (“Studio 1+1”), a Ukrainian affiliate of Central European Media Enterprises Ltd. The extension is for an additional ten-year period. Issuance of the license certificate itself was subject to the payment of a fee of approximately UAH 5.9 million (approximately $1.2 million) and the requirement that Studio 1+1 bring its corporate documents into conformity with recent amendments to the Ukrainian broadcasting act. On December 29, 2006, the Ukrainian Media Council issued this license certificate to Studio 1+1.
