Senior management of Glimcher Realty Trust (GRT) and Washington Prime Group Inc. (WPG) are using the presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K during joint meetings with investors and analysts held in connection with REITWorld® 2014, the annual convention of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) held in Atlanta, Georgia during November 5-7, 2014.
