On July 6, 2011, Joseph Bellini submitted his resignation as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer of TeleTech Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of July 21, 2011. On July 22, 2011, Judi Hand, who has been promoted to Executive Vice President — Chief Sales Officer of the Company, will assume Mr. Bellini’s responsibilities with the Company.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company on July 12, 2011 with respect to the resignation of Mr. Bellini and Ms. Hand’s promotion and assumption of Mr. Bellini’s responsibilities with the Company is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
