Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting Notice from Nasdaq Due to Late Filing of Form 10 Q
(a). On August 24, 2006, Cyanotech Corporation issued a press release announcing that it had received a notification on August 23 , 2006, from the Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company is not in compliance with the requirements for continued listing due to its failure to file its report on Form 10 Q for the quarter ending June 30, 2006.
The Company has filed an appeal of the Staff Determination and requested a hearing on written submissions before the Listing Qualifications Panel.
