Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 7, 2005, Tuesday Morning Corporation, a Delaware corporation, issued a press release announcing net sales, comparable store sales percentage and estimated diluted earnings per share for the first quarter ended March 31, 2005. In the same press release, the Company announced an one-time, non-cash, after-tax adjustment of approximately $2.4 million, or $0.06 per diluted share to recognize the cumulative impact of a correction of the Company’s accounting policies for lease expense prior to January 1, 2005. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
