Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On February 9, 2005, NAVTEQ Corporation issued a press release announcing financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2004 and held a conference call to discuss those results. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
