On October 29, 2003, Quidel Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release reporting the financial results of the Company for its third fiscal quarter of 2003. A copy of the news release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1. Also on October 29, 2003 and following this news release, the Company hosted a conference call in which its financial results for the third fiscal quarter of 2003 were discussed. A copy of the transcript of the conference call is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.2.
