Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective October 1, 2008, Tomasz Zurawek resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and an officer of the Company. Dr. Zurawek has served on the Board and as President and Principal Accounting Officer since November 16, 2006. Dr. Zurawek had no disagreements with the Company relating to the registrants operations, policies or practices. The Company has provided Dr. Zurawek with a copy of the disclosures made herein no later than the day of filing this Form 8K with the Commission. The Company has provided Dr. Zurawek with the opportunity to furnish the Company as promptly as possible with a letter addressed to the registrant stating whether he agrees with the statements made herein and, if not, stating the respects in which he does not agree. The Company will file any such letter received within two business days of receipt.
