        Representatives of Regal Entertainment Group intend to make presentations on November 19 and 20, 2003, to investors, analysts and others relating to the business and financial results of Regal. A portion of Regal's presentation will include a discussion of certain non-GAAP financial results for the fiscal quarters ended December 26, 2002, March 27, 2003, June 26, 2003 and September 25, 2003, and for the four fiscal quarters ended September 25, 2003. Furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K is certain financial information for Regal, including reconciliations of such non-GAAP financial measures to the most directly comparable GAAP financial measures.
