This Form 8-K/A amends the Current Report on Form 8-K dated October 22,
2003 to attach a revised press release, amended to correct a typographical error
in paragraph 4, which indicated that total deposits were "$1.4 million" and
should have read "$1.4 billion". A copy of the corrected press release is
attached to this Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
