(b)       On May 21, 2008, Thomas L. Tran, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Registrant, notified the Registrant of his intent to resign his employment with the Registrant. Mr. Tran’s resignation is effective as of the close of business on June 20, 2008.
